Program
The program will start at 1pm on Sunday, August 11, and conclude at 3pm on Tuesday August 13. A schedule outline is HERE. We will update the session details as we get closer to the conference dates.
Presentation Formats
- Poster Session (Aug. 12): Posters cannot be larger than 3 feet wide x 4 feet tall.
- Short Talks: 12-minute talks, followed by 3 minutes for questions
- Flash Talks: 5-minute talks with one slide
Accommodations
To guarantee the conference rate, please book your hotel stay by 6/10/24.
Option 1: USC Hotel

This hotel is within walking distance of all conference activities. The USC Hotel has limited single rooms, so all rooms are doubles.
Conference rate: $269/night, excluding taxes and fees
Option 2: Biltmore Hotel
506 S. Grand Ave., Los Angeles, CA 90071
This historic hotel is located in downtown LA, walking distance to the 7th Street Metro Center Station. The E line will take you to the EXPO/USC Station. We will provide complimentary Metro tickets, if you book here. All rooms are doubles; singles may be available upon request.
Conference rate: $189/night, excluding taxes and fees

- Nearest METRO stop: Expo Park/ USC station
- Parking: USC has several parking structures that offer parking for $20/day. McCarthy Structure is most convenient to the conference location.
