COMPASS grant application open for undergraduates

USC COMPASS program

We are pleased to announce that the application for the COMPASS scholarship is open!

The USC COMPASS Program: Creating Opportunities through Mentorship and Partnership Across Stem Cell Science is a multidisciplinary collaboration between USC Keck School of Medicine, USC Viterbi School of Engineering, and USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts, and Sciences to support training in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine at the undergraduate level.

We recently received a grant from the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) to fund this program and are excited to prepare undergraduate students for their careers in stem cell biology and regenerative medicine through a two-year program during the junior and senior years.

If you are a rising junior from a historically underrepresented background and have interest in being part of our inaugural cohort at USC, we especially encourage you to apply.

Please apply here by February 8.
